Shipping & Returns
All our products fit through the letterbox and are shipped as a letterbox package.
If you order a larger quantity that no longer fits in a (large) envelope, we will send it as a parcel.
Track and Trace
All shipments include a tracking link, which you will receive once the shipment has entered the (international) shipping process.
For orders of €50 or more, we offer free shipping worldwide.
In some countries, delivery is taken over by a local postal service (instead of, for example, DHL). The latest tracking information can be found via the tracking page in our email. The handover between carriers happens as quickly as possible – we have no control over this.
Is the shipping material and packaging discreet?
Yes, absolutely. All our orders are packed in a neutral envelope or box, with no logos, brand names or other text on the outside. This way, your privacy is fully protected.
For shipments outside Europe
Any import duties, taxes or other customs fees are not included in the listed prices or shipping costs. For deliveries outside Europe, any such additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns?
If you wish to return a product, you can request this via email. You will then receive the return instructions by email. To process a return, the products must not have been opened, and the seal must be intact. If not, we are unfortunately unable to process the return.
Returns that have not been registered by email or are not returned according to the return instructions, cannot be processed. Please pay close attention to the return address! This is a different address than our office in Amsterdam. Returns sent to the Amsterdam office cannot be processed. Returns are possible up to 14 days after receiving your package.
