Creating an account is easy. To do so, click on the icon at the top of the page, next to the shopping cart.

All our products fit through the letterbox and are shipped as letterbox packages. If you order a larger quantity that no longer fits in a (large) envelope, we will send it as a parcel.

All shipments include a tracking link, which you will receive once the shipment has entered the (international) shipping process.

For orders of €50 or more, we offer free worldwide shipping.

In some countries, delivery is handled by a local postal service (instead of, for example, DHL). The current tracking information can be found via the tracking page in our email. The transfer between carriers happens as quickly as possible – we have no control over this.

If you wish to return a product, you can request this by email. You will then receive the return instructions via email. To process a return, the products must not have been opened, and the seal must still be intact. If not, unfortunately, we cannot process the return.
