Each capsule contains 595mg, maximum 3 capsules per dosage (1785mg in total).
This dosage can be taken up to 3 times a day, after each (large) meal.

Taking a dosage is recommended with a large glass of water in the morning and evening.

First, take 2 to 3 capsules of Clean and Pure after your main meal with plenty of water. Once fully hydrated, ingredients like flaxseed and psyllium in each capsule swell into a soft yet firm mass. The expanded fiber then safely moves through your digestive tract, binding to food particles and any residual matter left behind along the way. The process resembles a gentle sponge that cleans up after your meals.

During first use, the result may be different than expected. This is because the product needs some time to take effect. After about a week, the difference will become noticeable.

Nobody eats exactly the same, or has exactly the same digestive system. Every body works slightly differently. But in general, the majority of our users report that they are "CLEAN" within a short time after using Clean and Pure.

These users use the product daily, which is also what we recommend: 2-3 capsules daily after breakfast and dinner. During the first days, it will take more time to "clean" the bowels if this has not been done for some time. After a few days, the bowels will be thoroughly cleansed, and then it will be easier and faster to clean them daily by using Clean and Pure. The dosage of 3 capsules may then also be reduced to 2 capsules. But as stated before, no two bodies are the same, so this is a matter of trying what works best for you. Do you eat a protein-rich diet? Then you will also have to eat more fibre in order to get rid of the proteins in the bowels. We then recommend an extra capsule.

It is important to give the product time for the first thorough cleansing.

Give the product some time, after all, the bowels did not become "dirty" in one day.

You should see and feel a significant difference in the "volume" of your bowel movements.

When your body lacks fiber, your stool is usually irregular and loose. After using Clean and Pure for a while, your stool becomes one solid, cohesive mass and is passed cleanly and completely.

Some users report not needing to wipe after a bowel movement, or noticing little to no residue on the toilet paper when they do. This is a clear example of the difference you may notice.

We understand your concern! Every body is different and reacts differently to the capsules. It's important that you drink enough water. This allows the capsules to work effectively.

Our advice is to start with 2 capsules after each meal. Give the product at least 24 hours to notice the first small differences. The product naturally needs more time to do its job if the intestines haven’t been cleansed from the inside in a while. Of course, there may be days when you’ve had a less healthy meal — like spicy/chili dishes, beer, sushi, Chinese food, etc. This always affects your stool, and therefore the effectiveness of Clean and Pure.

After a few days, you can increase the dose to 3 capsules if you wish. This gives the cleansing a bit more strength. However, some users notice great results even with just 2 capsules after each meal. Because every body is unique, it’s a matter of trying what works for you.

Some users have said they prefer taking an extra capsule (or two) to help eliminate any leftover residue from the bowels. Especially people who consume a lot of protein often need more fiber — so this is no issue. No matter how much fiber you take, just make sure to drink enough water to support the effect. That’s the key! Note: The more capsules, the more water!

We recommend taking the capsules approximately 30 minutes after each main meal.

Do you skip breakfast or only eat something light like yogurt or cottage cheese? Then take the capsules after your next complete meal. The effect is most optimal when the capsules move through the digestive tract along with sufficient water and food.
